Diagnostic Appointments

A Deposit of $175.00 is Required at Time of Scheduling 
(this covers drive time and first half hour of work)
•    Additional time ($125/hr) is charged as needed
•    Any required equipment is charged as needed
•    If rescheduling, deposit will be carried over

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy includes:

  • Cancellation notices of at least 48 hours required.

  • Requiring a card on file in case of a missed appointment.

  • There is a Missed Appointment Fee of $125.00​​

    • This is automatically charged to the card on file​.

Hourly Rates

During Business Hours (7:30am-4:00pm) Our Hourly Rate is $125/hr

During After Hours (4:01pm-7:29am) Our Hourly Rate is:

  • Commercial:  $150/hr

    • 3 hours minimum and includes travel time

 

  • Residential: $195/hr

    • 2 hours minimum and includes travel time
