Mini Split Cleanings

Basic Cleaning
- $200 per outdoor unit
- Indoor unit filters included
- Service includes: washing indoor filters, cleaning the condenser coil, inspecting the system functionality, and checking refrigerant levels
Deep Cleaning
- $200 per indoor unit
  - In depth cleaning of indoor heads
  - Outdoor units included
  - Service includes: deep cleaning indoor head withs chemicals and rinsing with water, cleaning the condensing unit, washing all filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system functionality.

Mini Split Cleanings

$200 per outdoor unit
Service includes: Cleaning the condenser coil, the evaporator coil, checking refrigerant levels, overall unit inspection. Filters can be changed upon request at an additional charge for us to purchase them, or can be included in the service if filters are provided by the customer.

Central Air Conditioning

$200 flat rate
Service includes: cleaning the heat exchanger, cleaning the burner, changing oil filter (if applicable), checking all safeties, and running a combustion analyzer for optimal efficiency.

Boilers

$200 flat rate
Service includes: cleaning the heat exchanger, cleaning the burner, changing the air filter if provided by the customer, and running a combustion analyzer for optimal efficiency.

Furnaces

We don't clean ductwork!
